User Reviews for Mystic Kitchen
Visited this restaurant with colleagues as this is in the next building to our office. Restaurant's website influenced us to visit this as it claimed to provide nice views of Powai / Hiranandani Gardens. This turned out to be a hype.
Ambience: Nothing special. Even outside sitting does not have nice views as it claims to be.
Service: Slow and confused.
Food: Ok in taste and quality.
Price: Not worth the experience.
Final verdict: Avoid. There are better options out there.

The outdoor area is nice if the weather is fine though. Dont expect much from the seating!! The food is decent and also in good portion sizes.
My daughter wanted to eat fish, they only had Fish Tikka which would be spicy for her, so we requested to make the fish in malai base. Not the best combination but they readily agreed to do same and it turned out so good, we all loved it!!
They should keep diet coke or pepsi and the waiters need some more training for sure.
Mystic Kitchen is the place to be on a rainy day in Mumbai. The ambience of this joint might just blow you away; like literally over the railing and into the quarry which it sits atop. My only wish is that the restaurant was more of the cute-cafe-type which would have made it one of the most perfect places in the whole city and I might have considered being stuck for hours in Mumbai traffic just to get there.
Take caution however; visit Mystic Kitchen with a reasonable amount of time in your hands and in the company of others so that you are distracted enough not to notice the extremely slow service and the just-about- good-enough food that they whip up (not too bad for the rates either).
The Thai curry was decently prepared and so were the Thai prawns curry, the sarsowala murg that my friend tried was pretty average though. So I'm guessing one needs to simply stick to the Thai-Chinese menu.
Final verdict: Mystic Kitchen deserves a visit or two
had been there once and opted for outside seating.. kind of a walkway connecting 2 portions of corporate building with hills and beautiful scenery on both sides.
Apart from the location and ambiance, found nothing exceptional. They have a offering for lunch @ 149 which is not at all a bad deal for its location. But a very limited quantity with below average taste spoiled it all.
The location is fabulous. But not fab enough to make up for the food. But the food is just too normal. Something you would find in any regular indian/chinese restaurant. Nothing great about the food at all. You could probably get twice the amount of food for half the price in a regular, average restaurant.
A huge disappointment. Surely won't be going there ever again.
