I never want to go. And I always love it. The key is to add meatball to any pizza you order. Always a good waiter. Always a good meal. Be prepared for a short wait.

  Great Pizza, get the surgeon and you won't be disappointed. It's usually busy so if you can sit at the bar if you do you'll get better service.

  My favorite place to go for pizza in Amarillo. The atmosphere is modern, but warm, which makes you want to stay there forever. The servers are down to earth and fun to talk to. Make sure you have plenty of time if you decide to go on a weekend, it gets packed.

  Fantastic pizzeria!! This place is set back a bit from the highway which means you don't get the usual highway/tourist traffic. Definitely a local feel, one of those gems that only locals seem to know!

The crust is a great thin crust pie. Thin but not too much on the cracker side of thin. The toppings are very high quality making the pies amazing! We also had the garlic knots. These are small knots that are just larger than a single bite. They are incredible as well. Everything seemed to be thrown under a broiler for just a bit to crisp things up. A definite plus in my opinion! Those who prefer to not have that little bit of charred flavor may not like it. Personally, it's enough to add flavor, not burnt.

Excellent place to hit when you're in the mood for great pizza in Amarillo!! This will be a definite stop when in This city!!

  We enjoy the atmosphere at 575 on Hillside tremendously.  We usually sit and eat at the bar.  The bar staff is very friendly and good to provide awesome service.  The selection of pizza is very diverse.  We enjoy the unique options.  It is a great place to sit, relax and enjoy a good pizza!

  We LOVE this place!! We go to the Hillside location all the time and the service is amazing and the food is delicious!! Our favorite is the Tine Trio and we have tried almost all of the pizza combinations and have not been disappointed!!

  This place is legit! Nice atmosphere, great service, huge beer menu, and delicious thin crust pizza. The salad was also much better than that of your typical pizza parlor. Our server insisted that we have the in-house balsamic dressing and it was absolutely delicious. This place is fantastic!

  Make sure you visit this location, not the other one. Had a great experience here, their pizza is great. You can definitely tell this is the original location though. They need to step up their game at Hillside because I had terrible service there.

  No doubt that 575 pizza is the best in atown such fun place to eat at and everyone is so nice, I really recommend take your family/friends here.
