Gone downhill. The place has gone downhill. The food has grown as old as the owners... I moved away 6 years ago, it used to brag that this was one of the best Chinese in Atlanta. The owners have a switch and bait for delivery. Each after keeping you on hold for 10 minutes, dodge and play off each other so that after you are told 45 minutes for delivery, and 1 hour and 30 minutes later.. your food has not arrived... they other answers... and says... so sorry.. so sorry, I did not take your order... The food has grown as tired as their excuses... go elsewhere..

This Place has gone downhill. When the stereotype is mentioned that Asian men have no accountability t does not only apply to their men and Fortune Cookie on Briarcliff is no exception. As a customer of 20 + years, there was a time when I bragged that there was no better Chinese food in Atlanta.,, and at one time this was true. But, like many business owners, they grew old, stopped caring and their restaurant and the quality of what they offered to the public did as well. Delivery used to be spot on, they were always within 20 minutes of their promised delivery time. Now, if they tell you 45 minutes, you can expect delivery within 2 hours. When you call, forget an apology, the wife and the husband switch off with a purpose. If you have the patience to be put on hold for 10 to 15 minutes. their M;O. is to switch off. and the answer is always."so sorry, so sorry, I did not take your order", Of course you did not, and your food will arrive cold delivered by their son... So Sorry...
