I am a HUGE fan of their Pad Thai. It's my favorite of all time. This location is more convenient to the UT Campus, and a great place to grab a bite with friends. Seating is a bit more cramped and sometimes uncomfortably close to other tables. It may not be as clean as the other locations, but their service is great!

The other locations of Madam Mam's are much better. Cleaner and better service. Try the Anderson Lane location for a much better experience. Like many University locations, they just don't try as hard here.

Food is excellent and very good value for money as the portion sizes are huge ! Can't go wrong with the thai classics. Their spring rolls are epic as well.

Bland Pad Thai dish and they seem to substitute flavor, spices, and seasonings with hot, spicy sauce to cover the flavorless food. Also food is overpriced for the quality. There is a little Thai place right around the corner that is 10 times better and cheaper. I won't be going back here.

Good Food.. The food is great. It is fresh and the flavor is there. The spicy level is a bit different from other Thai restaurants I have been to. I recommend going one level lower than your normal spicy level. Atmosphere is great. Normal authentic Thai decor with a college campus location makes this a great place to grab a bite!
Shrimp spring rolls were extremely fresh... Level two spicy was perfect for me.

I can't remember the last time I had a really good green curry. Great place, short wait.

I really enjoyed the mama ro.... I really enjoyed the Madam rolls (fried). The pad sea-ew with chicken and flat noodles was amazing. However, the star of our meal was the Tom Yum soup with udon noodles. It was so spicy - beginning with a slow burn but building to a four alarm culinarily fire. It's lime based flavor was intriguing and super delicious. I wonder if they'd consider moving to Florida? Yum!
Amazing Noodles & More. Having never tried any sort of Thai flavors I was a bit skeptical going to Madam Mam's, but after visiting on only a few occasions the food here has left an amazing impression! The food at Madam Mam's Noodles & More is a steal at their inexpensive prices. Walking into the restaurant is a calamity of activity and an amazing allure of Asian aromas. On the menu there are the things a classic Asian restaurant would have, each one delicious. The noodles are cooked to perfection, while each spice compliments the next for an delicious flavor explosion. The food is incredibly spicy so have caution. I have already referred every person I could to try this restaurant. Although the service isn't always consistent, if you have a strict agenda I recommend take-out.

Pretty good. Madam Mam's has quality thai food that is quick. So it's a win for me. There is a variety of dishes to choose from but I'm lame and stick with the classic pad thai. It's good food on the drag. Go eat here!
