Lunch Ramen - Good flavor, lacking in salt, but I should have gone with the "spice bomb" that had the dried shrimp in it.  Didn't ask for soy or anything either, so not a major detraction.  Pork belly was super tender.  I am NOT a fan of boiled eggs but whatever these guys do has made me a convert.

Hush piggies - Great flavor and texture, mine were a little cool in the middle.  Basically a Japanese boudin ball, but made of pork belly.  Sauce was on point.

Only downside?  They had the house music CRANKED while I was there.  11am in the morning and I just can't handle cranked club tracks while trying to concentrate on my food.

I'll go back again, see if the hush piggies are better prepared, see if the music is toned down a bit, bump them up to a 4.

I really enjoyed coming here, great atmosphere, packed when we got there though. The noodles are good, even the egg which I usually don't like cooked that way!

Soooo yummy! We ordered #1 and #3, both very good! Also ordered sweet-n-sour yoda's...highly recommend. Nice selection of drinks, fun atmosphere. Food comes out quickly. Small place and usually a line but really great food!

Celebrities. If you're looking to run into some Hollywood celebrities, they seem to hang around here. The ramen is decent, but I've definitely had better.

The line is definitely worth the wait! I cannot even put into words how amazing the ramen here is. I am so glad I came. Great food and great service. An amazing overall experience.

Why?. I don't know why this place is popular. Both times I went, my food fundamentally tasted bad. It was oily, and smelled a little moldy.

Really Good. The best ramen noodles I've ever had. Just know they don't have a full menu at lunch, so you might want to go at dinner for the best selection.

Sweet and Sour Brussels Sprouts. Braised Brussels sprouts in an apricot vinegar sauce. Yum!

Holy crap. This is my first ever review on anything on the internet. Only ever had college ramen for 25 cents in a package. This is not that. This is so far from that. This is so far from it that it may as well be heaven and hell. I had Tatsu-ya last night and today has been a countdown till this evening when I have it again. I don't live close. I will travel. I will sit down and order the words that I don't recognize from the menu and have no doubt it will be just as delicious. The staff is happy and will teach you how to get past your college microwave ramen and hold your hand into the light of this god held establishment of noodle orgasm. My life has been changed. No other noodle will do. I'm addicted. I'm in love. I quit my job. Go here. I'm buying a cot in the back room.... Slurp.

Everything you think it is, and more. Refreshing atmosphere, kick ass Ramen. What more do you need?
