Dumpling heaven. The dumplings here are insanely tasty especially for a North American restaurant. What I love about this place is also the fact that the kitchen is enclosed in glass walls so you can see how they're making the dumplings and just how fresh they are. The dumplings come out hot and steaming. The dumpling dough is just perfect and you can get a variety of types; seafood, pork, chicken, mushroom and rice, etc. Unless you have a very large party, it's not possible to try all of them. It it is well worth multiple visits and the long wait (the place is always packed). I also recommend trying the soups! This place is always worth a visit!

Second time here (first time to Bellevue location), it was amazing and consistent. Between my wife and I, order of six dishes and the red bean buns to finish was plenty. We started out with the standard: pork dim sum. Every bite starts with a hot burning juice that squirts into your mouth (or in front of you) exploding with flavor. I think some of my favorites were the garlic kale, both savory and still crunchy with every bite. The pot stickers are nothing like you would think it would be. They boil it then fry it over this flat piece of rice paper so they all stick together. Then they serve it to you upside down so you have to delicately crack them apart and eat them drizzled with this salty/spicy sauce you get on the side. It's a huge texture thing for me. Finally, my wife loved the dumplings with spicy sauce. This... read more

Came here for brunch right when it opened. Surprisingly, there was already a short line but there were plenty of seats. We ordered a few dumplings plus rice cake and a new dessert that we have not tried before. Overall, the dumplings were good and tasty. The dessert had melted chocolate, though a little unusual, still tasted good. Keep in mind that this place is not cheap.
