01/28/16 -- What cuisine could a restaurant called All Seasons Table in Malden be serving? A bit to my surprise it turned out the be Chinese. They label themselves as Modern Asian Cuisine and that translates to American/Chinese with Sushi. They are located on the busy Pleasant Street in Malden and parking can be tricky but they do validate from the nearby parking garage. The Hot & Sour soup might look light but it was surprisingly good and really hot and sour. For my lunch entree, I picked the Crispy Cod Fish ($10.95) w/ Black Bean or Basil Garlic Sauce. I went for the Basil Garlic Sauce since it was marked as spicy. This was a really tasty dish but unfortunately, only one piece of fish was actually crispy but the dish was nicely seasoned. The included chicken wing was also really good.

I think this place is a great addition to the dismal cuisine in Malden, but it leaves something to be desired as in the food. I agree the service is great as is the atmosphere and live jazz. Although I thoroughly enjoyed my fresh mango salad, I was disappointed by the lack of flavor in my main dish of udon noodles and vegetables. They really need to dial up their flavors, but I would come back for a cocktail and some apps perhaps

You will not be disappointed by any of the food. They know what they are doing. Everything is tasty and the presentation is wonderful. Go for the exceptional service. You will get the VIP treatment. For that alone I will go back.

Not my cup of Jasmine Tea. Went here one of my usual dining companions and a special guest (my own wife) . The sushi was ok as were the appetizers. What was very disappointing were the entrees. All three of us ordered something different and all three of us agreed that the sauces had little flavor. The vegetables and proteins were cooked well and the presentation was what you would expect in a pseudo-upscale place. the Mayor of Malden might be a regular but I doubt I'd be back. I mean come on, how about adding some flavor to those dishes? I had also called the day before discussing gluten free options and was told that my request would be easy to take care of. They were not as accommodating when we showed up the next evening. They also don't allow for substitutions like noodles for rice. Yeah, it's that kind of place............Not my kind of place.................

Great place. Get the lettuce wraps. Always a good time whether it's just me and my girl or a bunch of friends.

All Styles. Truly eccleptic Asian restaurant which does well with a Pan-Asian menu. This is not your father's Chinese restaurant but more like a concept in Boston. The standard hot and sour soup was a bit on the oily side but the Thai version with large cut vegetables and shrimp was masterful. Gyoza was another name for fried dumplings that were smaller then you typically find. Chicken lettuce wraps on the other hand were stuff full of chicken, peanuts and other ingrediants in a familiar sauce. The kitchen was open to custom order dishes from their menu. The service was slow at times even though the restaurant was only a quarter full. The waiter was very attentive. Free parking across is the street as well as on street parking is a huge bonus. Prices for the dishes are around the average of the standard Chinese restaurant with their uusual creations creeping up a little further. The combined bar and sushi bar in the front has three TVs and a piano for live jazz... read more

Fantastic spot, beautiful modern design. Apparently was so busy that they bought the place next-door, so there are in fact two dining rooms and bars pretty much mirroring each other. Got there just after 6 on a Saturday and got seated easily (had called ahead and was told they only reserve for 6 or more); when we left around 8 there were 10-12 parties waiting. Food was delightful. Pan-Asian, lots of Chinese, Thai and Japanese dishes. Had salmon and yellowtail sashimi, both were very high quality and well-prepared pieces of fish. Mains were crispy basil duck and house fried noodles: well presented, generous portions, fresh and very tasty. Cocktails were in keeping with everything else here, so well-made and big. Service was impeccable too. All-in-all a wonderful dining experience, and will be back with friends in future.

Downtown prices, small town food & service. Trust me when i say i'm a sushi snob, but i still have a range.

even though i knew this place is owned by a chinese owner, meaning the sushi is unlikely to be made authentically by japanese, but truth be told, their rolls weren't sloppy. VERY average at best, but not sloppy. loved their lychee-politan, though. service-wise, the waitress was apparently an "FOB" (sorry, but it's true. i was once one myself too). which is fine, coz she tried really hard.

the second time we went, i felt that the service had declined slightly. the other FOB staffer had no clue whatsoever, from menu to service standard to even know what the hell he's doing. he was polite and all, but he was clueless. more than one time, he came to our table trying to make conversation/ask questions, things like "do you live around here?".... what? ok i understand you're curious and you may want to know what the new life is like, but, um, we're eating... read more

Delicious food. Can't believe a restaurant with such a cool atmosphere and such good food actually delivers. I love the chicken lettuce wraps, and hot and sour soup.
