I had such high expectations of Cur and to be honest, I was overwhelmed. This is a high end, high price steak restaurant and as such you expect high quality service, food and wine. Well, the service was average at best; and the steaks were inconsistently cooked for our group. Some were great, others average. Cut needs to lift their game given the price tag!

Nada que decir. Simplemente espectacular. La atención realmente buena, steak tartar de entrada con huevo de codorniz que deja impresionado. Luego la carne. Ufff. Vaya pruébelo y pensara igual que yo. Las palabras no alcanzan a describir lo que ese corte de carne genera. Punto aparte para los tragos y vinos; así como la presentación de los platos. Volveré si o si.

When I asked the waiter, he completely agreed.
30 mins later, he bought us the same steaks, re-cooked to charcoal... Unbelievable!!!
Management didn't see an issue with bringing me the same steak reheated after 30 mins.

Simply unbelievable Tami and David Karpelenia Grand Blanc Mi. It was one of the finest dinning experiences my wife and I have had!! And we have been all over the U. S. But this was over the top . From the greeting to the waiters and runners to the management we commend you on such a fine job!! Going to tell Joe Essa to give you all a big promotion !!! Will be back soon ......
Disappointing $850 Meal. Service very good, but not intimate or even original...just corporate. Our selections were uninspired for the price. Yes the steak was flavorful and tender and cooked to the desired temperature at some time. However, by the time it arrived at my plate it was on its way to cold. My "wedge" salad was not a wedge and frankly not very original. I retuned it in favor of the blue crab salad which was the highlight of the meal. Wine list is overpriced versus comparable premium steakhouses. In my opinion you would do better to take a cab to Del Frisco's or one of the many other fine steakhouses in town. Service for 4 - no Wagyu beef, no appetizers, no cocktails, 1bottle stags leap cab $250. No dessert. Total bill $845 with tip. At that price point a great meal and dining experience is expected. This did not rise to that level.
A horrible 700 meal. My husband, friends and I were there on September 20th. Too make a long story short the feature of this restaurant (steak) was not prepared properly. My friends steak was medium rare ( supposed to be well done ) my steak was medium (supposed to be medium rare) my husband ordered the medley of steaks and they were just OK! The appetizers sides and wine were amazing but the star if the show stumbled.
