This place is great for steaks. Any steaks are good, depending on your budget of $40-70. They have surf n turf, with mix n match of King crabs n Lobster. My opinion is to stick to the steaks. They offer special home made sauces as a side. They were all great, especially those with wine sauce.

Appetizers ... Hands down the short ribs ravioli! I can eat that alone as an entree, if I could. Dessert are the usual. Recommend the Hazelnut Chocolate cake.

They have great variety of wine n beer choices. Choose accordingly to your liking.

The ambience is quiet n lighting dim, the pics don't come up to well. Great for special events n dates.

Costs per person (entree n one appetizer n one dessert) with no liquor ranges from $50-100. Free parking at Palms Casino.

Whole night destroyed!!!! I.... Whole night destroyed!!!!
It's not the nice place like it used to be. It's a party place not and no longer a place to have a nice meal and spend quality time with someone. It's night club loud and I was not able to talk with my fiancé. I literally had to yell to the waiter and my franc. Ordered the meal but had to leave because the loud music was annoying.

Defiantly not a place if you want to have a nice night.

While the steaks were tender the flavor was just average. The gnocchi sidedish was very doughy. The asparagus was also bland. For the prices they charge there are far better places to choose.

The Cesar salad with smoke applewood bacon was delicious.

As far as the atmosphere, it was loud in there. The floor looks like a laminate. The noise just echos off the floor. Our server was attentive, but did not tells us about the specials that evening. Knew there were some when a different server at the table next to us told his customers.

LOUD. We went as a party of 6 and were seated at an oddly shaped table with the seats close enough but we could hardly hear each other talk. Conversation was very difficult for the people at the ends of the table. The food was pretty good but not worth the price and the noise. I don't need loud pumped in music to feel like I'm having a good time.

Worth every penny. We had gone to the palm's to eat at my favourite restaurant, sadly the restaurant we wanted is no more. On a whim we decided to eat here, we were lucky to not have to wait since we had no reservations. It's expensive but is well worth every penny. We'll definitely eat here again on future visits. Our filet mignon was very tender, and cooked perfectly.

Just out of my top 5. I have a friend who goes here every time he come's to vegas over 20 some reservation so Ive had to go probably 4-5 times. When Mr. Maloof buys dinner its courteous to give a great review.

My three friends enjoyed their thick $65 steaks. I ordered Scallops for $40. It was an AWFUL "American Psycho" dish with, THREE scallops and five tiny, baby shrimp. Hungry. Waiter not helpful.

Very average experience. I was underwhelmed by both the food and service. This is especially true given the the very pricey menue. Had the kobe spare rib which was actually pretty good, but the steaks at the table that friends got were very average.

Have no reservations about making reservations!.... Unless of course you are lucky like we were! I say this with 0 sarcasm because they literally had like a 3 month wait for reservations on the evening we dined there so not sure what day of the week you may be considering, but I would play it safe by calling them before going there.

I considered us lucky because even though they were fully booked for quite some time the three of us really wanted to dine there because it sounded good and was at our hotel.

The place is sleek and sexy inside. The Maloof family really did themselves proud with this Michelin rated restaurant.

Service was pretty good for how busy it was on that evening. I was not only surprised that we got sat, but not only was the wait not very long, but we were sat next to a celebrity and his entourage! Thank goodness one of our friends was blessed with the gift of gab because two of us didn't!

We all enjoyed the food here on this evening... read more

Bone in ribeye with the white truffle aioli is to die for. My favorite steakhouse on the planet. Expect a chic atmosphere, snobby hostesses, and true craftsmen behind the bar. Try the peach lychee martini. Make sure you box your own food. We once had a mix-up here and got someone else's steak from another table. It was hell when we got home and realized the mistake, b/c I called and complained since it was 3/4 of my steak I didn't finish that someone else took home. The mgr was very short and rude, and treated me like I was lying about the situation. Once she cleared the ordeal either waiter, we received a credit for a new steak on our next visit.
