Bad , horrible service. I just when to Sakaya with my husband today 10/28/2014 .We try to order a plate the we eat before in this place but the two cachier waiters was there in the afternoon shift was very rude and nasty the way treat my husband , they try to over charge the plate the we always eat in this restaurant. They can even explain about what kind a food they cook here , no good English speaker.
We used to love this place and I couldn't wait to come back. Today we finally did and our lunch was awful - everything (including prices) had changed. The Brussels sprouts were deep fried whole with the roots attached (!) By the time you cut off the roots and greasy outer leaves there was very little left. Then we ordered the Korean ribs and pulled pork sliders. The ribs were also deep fried, very fatty and tasted gamy. Sliders were okay but left a pool of orange oil. I'm so disappointed as I used to recommend Sakaya to everyone. Fortunately, we didn't bring guests with us this time. Even the waitress admitted that the recipes were changed and she had heard many complaints. Sadly, won't be back.
