Real Sichuan. I've been here several times and I'm never disappointed. It does not look like much. If you were in the West Valley you might come into a place like this and expect lo mein and egg rolls.
Not here.
This is traditional sichuan and one of the best. The cold appetizer bar is fantastic, pieces of meat, tripe and chicken in the famous hot numbing sauce. Sichuan peppercorns numb the mouth as a ton of red pepper tries to sear your tongue clean off. The dishes boiled in hot sauce are also seasoned this way. There are dishes with pickled peppers which have incredible heat. This is a place no pepper head should miss!
