okkkk absolutely not happy,why when I called to order a boneless chicken and shrimp fried rice  lunch special,,,,, the person on the other in of the phone hurriedly says we don't have that we have combination rice only,ok find...then can I please not have the vegetables on the chicken ,ooooh nooo we don't do that you have to get sweet and sour chicken instead. I proceeded to say but I don't want the sweet and sour chicken(too sweet) she insists that I get that because it's the same as the boneless chicken because the sauce is on the side.Well why cant I just get boneless chicken without the sauce ?????? ok I said find next thing I asked for extra duck sauce which by the way was an extra $1.50. ok then please add 1 order of egg rolls. Fine finish gave my name and number,and then preceeded to ask how much,she said i'm not at the computer now(crickets)...............ok please go to the computer and tell me how much,well suffice to say she wasn't happy.after totaling my bill it came up to $17 and change( SHUT THE FRONT DOOR)...I said that cant be right, she is totally aggravated with me at this point, saying she has customers and do I want the food or not. i said why so high she said bcuz you got white meat instead of dark meat and ex.sauce...BLAH BLAH  BLAH .(prices to high, customer service awful and I wasn't getting want I wanted) absolutely did not get anything and would not recommend it to any one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Slow service, good food. Service:

My husband and I ate here for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated promptly and asked about our drinks by the hostess. Our server came with the drinks right away, but my husband was away in the restroom so he said he'd be right back for our order. We waited at least 15 minutes before he returned, and he only returned because I asked another server to get him. He was impatient with our order, but it came out fresh.

Food:

I ordered the General Tso's Chicken which was good. It wasn't like i'd had from other places, which was a good thing. They do their sauce a bit differently and it could definitely stand to be spicier, but I was happy with it. You can tell they make their own in-house egg rolls. The crag rangoons are very good also. Oh, and their sweet and sour sauce on the table is very good. They get a GOOD taste rating.

I would return to this place, just in case the poor service was a fluke. I noticed they were setting up for a large party, so it could be the reason for the slow service.
