Went there for lunch in a group of 12. We thought we would have to wait but they were able to accomodate us :) The buns are really tasty. The ramen was different, not sure what, but was still good. The Mexican coke tasted like any other coke to me.

The smoked chicken wings are my favorite at Momofuku Noodle Bar. This is David Chang's first restaurant that needs no introduction as it is world famous. The wings along with the mouth watering pork buns and shiitake buns are what I had for years. Then the prices started going up and the bridge and tunnel crowd along with the tourists descended. Fast forward to this year and passing by recently, I decided to rekindle my memory. I had the brisket buns which had pickled red onions, cucumber and horseradish. The brisket was tough and resembled spam. I also had the pickled cucumbers which tasted a bit strange because of the togarashi. (Japanese red pepper). The chicken wings were still as tasty as before. I wish they would bring back the yellow wax and green bean salad that showed up during the summer months. Ah well!
