PUBLISH REVIEW

Mediocre. Frankly surprised by the plethora of positive reviews. Maybe we went to a different place?! Cheap little mound of noodle with a cheap little piece of pork, sitting in a shallow lifeless pool of lukewarm broth. $26 for 2 tiny bowls + 2 drinks...seriously?! We were too hungry to complain, but MEDIOCRE describes the experience completely. Also, no parking anyway. Not even close to an average Ramen place in L.A., NYC or Vancouver. Way too many good places to eat in Phillie, so avoid this one if you can.

My wife and I first experienced real ramen in Hakodate, Japan and had been looking for a place that serves the real stuff in Philly. We are so glad Nom Nom opened. It's perfect.

Casual self serve. Different types of ramen soup come in two sizes. Very tasty, as well as spicy soft shell crab bun.

If you know what is real Halata ren is, this is the place. It's hard to find really good Japanese noodle shop in USA to begin with. This is the true Halata ramen. I am not from Philly area, but I am from Hakata area and I know very well about Hakata ramen. It's jem in USA. Reasonably priced and good service. Cash only.
