Twice baked almond croissant is the best I've ever had. Been there multiple times and it lives up to my expectation each time. This is one of my favorite pastries in America!

  This is one of the top three bakeries we visit. Excellent all around from the sandwiches, pastries, cakes. Fresh, made from scratch, quality ingredients. Authentic and expertly made. There's a line and it moves fast! I just wish there's more seating. I don't want to have to worry where I'm going sit down and eat my goodies! I'm glad we live far away and only visit rarely because I won't be able to demonstrate self control.

  I personally live this place. Be it for breakfast or lunch. We tried several pastries and pizza. All were fresh and really tasty. The coffee was like europe (which is really hard to find in the Northwest). Overall great experience

Like the bakery but not one of your employee. I go to bakery nouveau often for birthday's cake , twice baked almond croissant, ham and cheese and apple Danish. The twice baked almond croissant it's my favorite, my family favorite and my coworker favorite . But one thing I don't like is the African American employee is very rude to me.

The Best. Delicious sandwiches and insanely good pastries! I walk by this place every day and the smell alone is incredible!

Treat for your eyes as well as your palate. All the breads, meringues we tried were wonderful and gone within minutes of arriving home.

What happened?!?. Went for a visit to W Seattle after moving to Whidbey 6 years ago and visited my (once) favorite bakery.
Aghh! There were collapsed white "footballs" in the cases where there had once been wonderful croissants, the staff were surly and disorganized, it took 14 minutes to get my chai "for here" only to have it thrust at me - in a paper cup, and the place was so beat up and dirty.
I stared in horror and - walked out.
Fortunately, in the interim, many good bakeries with delicious, golden crumbly croissants have opened up around Seattle and I am going to find them all!
