Thrive surpassed my expectations by a lot! Just looking at their menu online, it sort of looked like "rabbit food" and I wasn't totally sure it was going to be filling enough but man, everything was crazy delicious, satisfying, and filling. The menu is actually somewhat expanded from what they currently show online. It's a little pricey (especially the smoothies but consider that may of the smoothies are sort of like a meal replacement and then it doesn't seem quite so bad). I got the thrivalicious bowl and my partner got the bella burger. Both were so tasty and we left feeling full but not at all bloated or gross like we do if we eat lots of fatty fried vegan food (available at other Seattle vegan restaurants). A special shout out to the really awesome hot sauce that came with my bowl made from a mix of chipotle peppers, coacoa nibs, and goji berries. It's one of the best hot sauces I've had in a long time and I'm ready to try to make a similar... read more

After a Friday night out boozing with coworkers I had one of the worst hangovers of my life. Instead of opting for the usual greasy hangover antidote, I decided to go down the healthy route after nearly an hour of trying to decide what to eat. I ordered the Buddha Bowl which has steamed red rice & quinoa, mushrooms, kale chips, cucumbers, avocado, onion cashew cream, and a garlic cilantro "God Sauce". It was incredibly delicious!! Very well balanced, tasty yet nourishing. I felt like a champion of life after eating it and made my hangover slightly less crippling. I suggest ordering an additional side of the cashew cream, that stuff is bomb.

A little pricey but worth it. My favorite thing here is the Coconutty smoothie. "Young coconut meat and its refreshing water hacked open daily with cashews and agave." I believe it has dates in it too. It is very delicious, healthy and filling. Being in Thrive makes me want to completely change my diet and go (mostly) raw. It's contagious!

"Raw"n -de vous in Ravenna. It's fresh.
it's raw.
it's a little outside my comfort zone (in a good way).

I always leave here feeling better than I did when I came in.
The Fresh Coconut Water and the Nourish Smoothie are my favorites so far.
Bottoms up!

Just okay. My dish needed salt or something to enhance the flavor. Chocolate smoothie was good. Gave me some ideas to try with quinoa. Atmosphere is a bit stark and blenders are loud.
Love this place but pass on the Chia Bowl!. Love the smoothies & juices here... and the desserts are to die for! Love the shop with the superfoods & bulk items! Most everything is awesome & a sure thing... EXCEPT for the breakfast chia bowl- horrible waste of money-- 10 bucks! I make chia bowls at home & this was a bowl of dissappointment. IF you need a chia bowl to go, I would suggest Chaco canyon for half the price & much better!

Yum!. Thrive is really unique in that it offers gluten-free, raw, fresh, delicious foods at a pretty affordable price. And now, they've changed the menu so that you can order half a bowl if you only want a small portion! Keeps costs lower and prevents waste. I appreciate that!

The food is really spectacular - I have to give most of the credit to the freshness of the good food itself, but the raw chefs are amazing. Really tasty food. Highly recommended.
Rawesome!!!. Being as this was my first introduction to raw, vegan food, I was naturally skeptical when a friend invited me to Thrive a few months ago. I ordered the "Thrivalicious," a warm bowl of steamed quinoa (these technically aren't raw) with Tibetan red rice, Thrive's hearty "taco meat" made from dehydrated sunflower seed pate, guacamole, pico de gallo salsa, cashew "creme" made from soaking cashews in water and then blending them, and loads of shredded carrots, fresh garlic, cucumbers and zucchini ($10).
I was more than happy after taking my first bite. The flavors were so fresh and a live they almost jumped out of the bowl. I ate the whole thing and felt satisfied and pleasantly full. The experience nearly transformed my idea of what good food should taste like and catapulted me into a whole new edible paradigm.

For an out-of-this-world treat, try the "Coconutty" which blends coconut milk, dates, cocoa butter... read more

Delicious!. Every time I have walked in to Thrive, I have had the opportunity to try something new, and have not yet had a dish I didn't love. The "Oh My Samurai," the "Buddha Bowl", and the desserts are definitely my favorites. All of their food is organic, raw, and delicious. I couldn't ask for a healthier or tastier restaurant. The employees are so friendly and very willing to answer all of my random questions about where the food came from, what it is, and why its so healthy. Great food, fantastic service, friendly atmosphere.
