I came here at around 1:30pm on a Sunday after being warned that this place can have long wait times. I got seated at the bar right away. It was interesting to see them make the ramen dishes. I got the vegetable ramen and it was absolutely delicious. By the time I left, there was a long line waiting out the door. Great place!!
