1. The Zomaland @ Home event (“Event”) is conducted by Zomato Entertainment Private Limited ("Zomato").
2. Registration to the Event is open to people of all ages. However, you are advised to exercise viewer discretion in this regard.
3. Registration to the Event is free of cost. To register, please visit the Zomaland tab on the Zomato app and sign up to register. This is a non-ticketed event.
4. Performance lineup and attractions displayed in any advertisement or promotional medium are subject to change.
5. The views expressed by the individual artists and performers ("Artist(s)"), either in course of their performance, or on their social media channels, or any third party channels and platforms, online or offline or otherwise (collectively, "Channels"), are solely their personal views. Zomato, its affiliates and each of their directors, associates, employees and representatives neither promote, represent or endorse such views in any manner.
6. Performers shall at all times remain fully and solely liable for their actions, expressions and/or views expressed during their performance at the Event. Zomato will not be responsible in any manner for their actions, expressions and/or views, and any claims, damages, losses arising out of or in connection with such performance, including without limitation, comments, pictures or videos posted by the Artists on the Channels.
7. Zomato shall not be held liable in any manner for any violation of intellectual property rights that may arise out of any performance by the performer during the Event. Subject to the above, performers shall be solely liable for the same.
8. Recording or uploading of any content of the Event is not permitted.
9. Viewing the Event is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. Zomato reserves the right to amend or modify the terms of the Event at any time without any intimation to you, including without limitation the schedule of the Event. The decision of Zomato is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into in this regard.
11. You acknowledge and agree that you are not a consumer under the applicable laws and shall not be entitled to bring any claim or action against Zomato with respect to the Event.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi for any matters arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
